My passion for health and wellness came to me after I immersed myself in a 200 hour YTT from Tamal School of Yoga. This includes but is not limited to teaching and practicing yoga, therapeutic applications, seeing energy, breath awareness, anatomy, physiology, and ethics. My interest in health came from learning the proper diet and nutrition from my training through my spiritual teacher and is recommended in the yoga system, which is a plant based diet. I continue to educate myself in yoga asana, anatomy and philosophy. I have been teaching yoga for 6 years and will continue to do so to remind others of all the wonderful benefits that physical yoga has to offer. In my classes, you can expect a strong flow with emphasis on alignment and breathing, long holds with adjustments, and deep cool down stretches.
