Dawna

Tawna Renee has been practicing yoga since 2007, and she received her 200hr RYT from Be the Change Yoga in 2017. She believes in whole-body wellness, and in 2018 she will complete a 600hr international Ayurveda training program under Mas Vidal of Dancing Shiva, as part of her journey towards the expansion of her educational holistic health-based repertoire, and of her consciousness. Tawna Renee believes yoga is a way to channel higher energies in order to cultivate mental, physical and spiritual wellness, as well as to quiet the mind and bring a sense of ease despite potential suffering. Her style of teaching encourages people to challenge themselves yet be kind to their bodies, and her hands-on approach to adjustments and energy transfer, makes for a unique and powerful experience.
